Willow Gardener's Trug Workshop

Make your own sturdy garden trug, perfect for collecting your autumn harvest. The design is both beautiful and highly functional, and suitable for both adventurous beginners and those with existing basket weaving experience. You will learn some traditional English willow techniques and use willow grown on the Somerset Levels, and by the end of the day, you will have a completed trug to take home with you.

With over a decade of teaching experience, full time basketmaker Sarah Le Breton is incredibly passionate about sharing her heritage craft. As well as making a lovely and useful basket today, Sarah's aim is to enthuse, energise and inspire you.
