Summer Flowering Container Workshop

Take a closer look at the planted containers at RHS Rosemoor and learn how to create beautiful, exuberant displays to last through the season. The course will cover choice of container, compost and plant selection. You'll learn about aftercare to keep your containers looking good, as well as repotting plants, deadheading and potential problems you may encounter with your pots.

After a break for tea/coffee and cake, you will head into the garden to look at the summer containers at RHS Rosemoor and how they have been planted for seasonal display. Many of the plants used are annuals or tender perennials, so at the end of the session there will be a chance to take some cuttings ready for your own containers next year.

At the end of this session, you will go away with the inspiration, ideas and knowledge to create successful container displays at home, as well as a book or plants to help you on your container growing journey.
