Join us for a FREE memory sharing workshop at Bideford Library!
Coasts in Mind is a new project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund that aims to map coastal changes using the memories, archives and experiences of people who live in and around the Taw-Torridge Estuary.
Come and share your photos, postcards, maps and stories. Contribute to an online community archive to preserve the rich heritage of the Taw-Torridge area and explore how the coast has changed in the last 100 years.
-Discuss how the area has changed in your lifetime
-Share photos, postcards and other memories
-Help us map the impacts of coastal change on the local coastline
-Connect with others in the community
We will also be joined by Ace Holds the Space's Youth Ace Team! These young people will be on hand to ask community members about their experiences and record some audio about coastal change.
Tea and coffee provided.
Booking is essential as places are limited! Please book using the link below!
