I will be hosting another gorgeous wellbeing retreat at the beautiful Petrock Holiday Cottages near Holsworthy.

Retreaters will enjoy daily yoga and sound bath meditation practices, nourishing meals by the wonderful Jaysheree of Sonu’s Kitchen, an Indian cooking demonstration, crafting activites, transformational workshops and some free time to explore the glorious surroundings of North Devon.
