Our intention with these circles is CONNECTION. This is a safe and nurturing space for women to come together and connect, share, and receive. We invite you to show up as your authentic self, as we honour each and every woman fully. Our circles are an opportunity for you to connect with yourself and each other. When women come together, powerful healing occurs.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Lyndal is a certified yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, menstrual cycle coach and womens circle facilitator. She's been running women's circles since 2020 and loves the way they weave together presence, sacred ritual, laughter and connection. She loves weaving together many healing modalities to create a spaces where you can feel held and experience connection, transformation and inner peace.
