Documentary film screening

We warmly invite you to a special film evening dedicated to the history and contemporary life of Poles in Japan, which will take place on **29 December 2025** at **Klub Fama in Białystok**.
**The program includes two documentary films:**

**6:00 PM – “**Emisariusze polskości w Japonii**”** (English subtitles)
The film presents little-known episodes of the presence of Poles in Japan—from Polish missionaries and researchers, through the fate of prisoners of war, to Polish–Japanese cooperation and the visit of Pope John Paul II to Japan

**7:45 PM – “**Polacy w Japonii: Życie, pasja, sukces**”** (Polish subtitles)
The documentary portrays the contemporary Polish community in Japan and its contribution to the cultural dialogue between the two countries
