From Taj to Iqbal: Tarikh e Bhopal

This walk begins at the monumental Taj-ul-Masajid, one of Asia’s largest, and contrasts it with the world's smallest, the Dhai Sidhi ki Masjid. We then pay homage to Bhopal's founder at the tomb of Dost Mohammad Khan before exploring the city’s rich literary soul. At Iqbal Maidan and Library, we trace the legacies of Iqbal, Ghalib, Bashir Badr, and Javed Akhtar.

The narrative also delves into intangible traditions like batolebaazi (storytelling) and the state's Sports and leisure history. The journey, passing Moti Masjid, culminates at the boundary of Gauhar Mahal, Bhopal's first palace.
