VE Day Celebrations

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day, the RBL and LHS, with the support of the USC, are holding a full day of events on Saturday 10th May in and around the function hall.

The day kicks off at 11:00 am with stalls, live music, choir, and band performances – fun for all the family, and children are very welcome!

Please note: the USC car park will be closed from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.

Afternoon tea will be served from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at a cost of £15pp. Tickets are limited, so be sure to secure yours ASAP!

Following this, the VE celebration party will begin in the function hall, with fantastic live music from Company 3 and Anthony Trott. Doors open at 7:00 pm and we’ll party late into the evening.

Tickets are £12pp, and you are very welcome to bring your own nibbles to enjoy throughout the night.

This is an open event, and we warmly welcome participation from other clubs.
