Sound Meditation

Our Friday night Candlelight Sound Meditation sessions allow you to let go of week and reset for the weekend as you are guided through an array of sounds and vibrations from the Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Chimes, Shamanic Drum and more, in room of subtle light. You will experience a relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta state) where the vibrational frequencies of these sounds begin to alter and create shifts within your own vibrational frequency working on releasing tension and blockages within to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

You can also choose a card of guidance and enjoy a refreshing herbal tea over an end of session discussion.

You will need to bring a Yoga Mat, Blanket, Pillow/s, Eye Mask (optional).
