Sound Meditation

Our Friday night Candlelight Sound Meditation sessions allow you to let go of week and reset for the weekend as you are guided through an array of sounds and vibrations from the Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Chimes, Shamanic Drum and more, in room of subtle light. You will experience a relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta state) where the vibrational frequencies of these sounds begin to alter and create shifts within your own vibrational frequency. So whether you are looking to begin a process of inner healing and balance, Chakra cleansing or alignment we will provide the vibes to support your intentions.

You can also choose a card of guidance and enjoy a refreshing herbal tea over an end of session discussion.

You will need to bring a Yoga Mat, Blanket, Pillow/s, Eye Mask (optional).
