Come and join the Friends of Foots Cray Meadows this Saturday for one of our most popular annual events - the FFCM Bat Experience

The Friends of Foots Cray Meadows would like to guide you on a tour starting on the Five Arches Bridge at 7.30pm on Saturday 6th September to observe our resident bats. Armed with a series of high-tech devices and a wealth of knowledge we will inform you about the twilight existence of the world’s only true flying mammals.

The cost is £2 for members of FFCM and £3 for non-members. The event is free for children, who must be accompanied by an adult. All proceeds from the evening will go to the Bat Conservation Trust.
Be aware that bats may not fly in wet or windy weather - bat sightings are not guaranteed.

Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the early evening and the weather.
