REIKI COURSE — FIRST DEGREE (Usui Shiki Ryoho · Shoden)

The First Degree Reiki course (Shoden) marks the beginning of your initiation into the Usui System of Natural Healing. It is both a study and a transmission — an awakening of your innate capacity to sense, direct, and harmonise life energy.

During this immersive half-day seminar, you will receive four traditional attunements and learn to work with Reiki for personal practice and for offering treatments to others. The course combines direct teaching, guided practice, and silent integration periods, ensuring you not only understand Reiki, but embody it.

You will learn and practice:

· • The origin and history of the Usui Shiki Ryoho system

· • The five spiritual principles (Gokai) as foundations for daily life and inner alignment

· • Short and full treatments for self and others

· • Purification of the blood technique (Ketsueki Kokan Hō)

· • Balancing and sealing the aura

· • Space clearing and energetic hygiene

· • Grounding and centering practices

· • Immune system energising sequence

· • Organ purification and strengthening techniques

· • Creating a protective sphere of light

· • Repairing and harmonising the energy body

This level focuses on personal healing and energetic balance. You will learn how to cleanse, protect, and strengthen your own system — laying the groundwork for a stable and confident Reiki practice.
