Murder Mystery Supper
Battle Memorial Hall
Friday, 12th September, 7:30pm
For the first time ever, murder comes to Battle—on purpose.
It’s our debut killing in this historic town, and we’re doing it properly: a night where murder, mystery, and double entendres rub elbows like overfamiliar guests at a village fête.
Think Agatha Christie with a dash of Carry On—the whodunnit where the wink is as important as the clue.
Our unfortunate victim is local busybody Patricia Riskitt, found strangled and unceremoniously deposited in the wishing well at a newlyweds’ celebration. The local police, possibly distracted by the buffet, are none the wiser—so it’s down to you and your fellow sleuths to crack the case.
Expect drinks, nibbles, and enough eyebrow-raising moments to make Roger Moore look bashful. Work with your table to unmask the culprit and you could win a bottle of bubbly—perfect for celebrating victory or drowning your sorrows if the murderer gets away with it.
Supper: a generous buffet of cold meats, crisp salads, cheeses, pâtés, breads, and pickles—the sort of spread that could keep even a criminal mastermind hanging around.

History may remember the Battle of 1066, but after this night, it might just remember the Battle of Patricia Riskitt.
