Join us every **Friday afternoon** for **Feel Good Fridays**, a new weekly session designed to help children and families **decompress, reconnect with nature, and unwind** after a busy week.

Expect a mix of **relaxed outdoor activities**, free play, nature crafts, and plenty of space to just be. Some weeks may include **fire building, outdoor cooking**, or simply chilling out in the garden together. 🍃🔥

🎒 Suitable for **secondary-age children and families with younger children**.
💚 No experience needed – just bring yourselves and a sense of calm!
