At Samhain, when the veil between worlds is said to grow thinner, we are invited to pause, reflect, and honour those who have walked before us. This special Gong Bath creates a sacred space to connect with yourself, your ancestors, and the memory of loved ones who remain close in spirit.

The deep, resonant tones of the gongs wash over you in powerful waves of sound, releasing tension, clearing stagnant energy, and guiding you into states of peace and renewal. The vibrations work through body and mind, supporting natural healing while opening the heart and easing grief.

Samhain is a time of transformation, when the worlds beyond our own and the one we live wthin merge naturally together. In this sound journey, you may find stillness, remembrance, and gratitude for your path and the unseen threads that connect us all.

✨ Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow (or anything for comfort lying down for an hour). Chairs available if preferred.
✨ Arrival: Please arrive a few minutes early (no more than 10 minutes before the start).
