Wolf lovers and solstice seekers, join us for Norse tales of wolves that chase the sun and moon as the pack join us for an evening of fun.
Prepare yourself to hear tales of ancient wonder as you follow the wolves into the woods. There you will find a clearing with a crackling fire ready to welcome you to sit and allow your imagination to take flight as White Raven weaves the old norse story of the wolves Hati and Skoll. The wolves themselves will be mingling with us enjoying the retelling of their ancient ancestors and welcoming you to their woods. You will even have the chance to spend some time with the wolves themselves, an experience that will leave a lasting impression on your heart. There will also be a ceremony of thanksgiving for the turning of the season and you are most welcome to bring an offering of thanks that you feel appropriate to you.
As the fire remains lit you will have the opportunity to ‘go wild’ and roast your own hotdogs on a stick, there will also be marshmallows to toast for those with a sweet tooth (food is not included in ticket price but we ask a small donation toward Project Wolfheart to be popped into the bucket). For the younger guests there will be some more tales of animals and perhaps a dragon or two as well as a fun wolf drawing competition.
The solstice doesn’t stop there. We would like to offer the opportunity for guests to camp over on Saturday 21st June, right next to where the wolf pack live. We will rise just before the sun to greet the solstice as done in days of old. Perhaps the sunrise will also be greeted by the wolves with their morning song, our hearts in unison with them and the nature surrounding us as we give thanks to the sun and the gods for a good harvest to come. (this is only available to those camping over). Breakfast rolls will be available with coffee and tea, again for a small donation toward Project Wolfheart.

Campers are asked to begin arriving from 3:30 so that the campsite is set up before the event starts.
