Nurture Place Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Classes

Weekly Yoga classes on Wednesday mornings at Shatterford Village Hall with Emily, Yoga Teacher and Clinical Psychologist.

9:30am Slow Flow Vinyasa
10:45am Yin Yoga

Vinyasa is a more active flow of movement and meditation to build strength of mind and body, and yin is a restorative, slow, meditative style of yoga designed to regulate and calm the nervous system and work into the deeper tissues of the body for increased balance and flexibility of mind and body.

Complete beginners to experienced yogi's all very welcome. You can expect a compassionate, welcoming space to strengthen your connection with your body and mind.

Plenty of parking available, and I have equipment to borrow if you don't own your own mat. I look forward to meeting you.
