Come and join the Nature Babies circle...
For our Summer Sessions we have a new home at Arley Arboretum!
Deep in the trees a dedicated space for us to meet, where you and your baby can get all the benefits of connecting with nature. Hear the beautiful big trees, feel the summer light and enjoy some relaxation, mindful activities and take some time out from the busy day to day in a small, supportive group.
We explore combinations of lunar living, forest bathing, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, baby reflexology, creative crafts and more!
Every session is unique and designed for the group members.
The Arboretum Tearoom is open for a social afterwards if you'd like to join.

You can book PAYG for individual dates or a block booking for 6 weeks.
Nature Babies is suitable for little ones from 6 weeks- 6 months (or non movers)
Nature Babies gives you....
More time outdoors and in nature.
A parent and baby class which is low stimulation with a small group of people.
Something for your wellbeing as well as your baby’s.
Mindfulness and relaxation in the session and to use at home.
Activities for connection with yourself and your baby.
I have brought together all my training in supporting and nurturing others, my experience as a new mum and my experience working with new families to bring you this beautiful nurturing space.
It will be an opportunity for you to introduce your baby to the benefits of nature bathing, to mindful moments together and to meeting new people in a small group.
This group is held outdoors in a woodland setting, we have facilities at the nearby tearoom and opportunity for enjoying a social at the tearoom.
Parking is free and spacious.
Our space for Nature Babies is 5 minute walk from the entrance to the Arboretum, the path is buggy friendly but you may find it easier to be baby wearing for this session.
There will be a cosy and comfy circle with cushions and blankets.
After your Nature Babies Group you will be asked to compete a short feedback form online for use to develop further sessions and to use as testimonials.
Photos may be taken during the session, as a keepsake for you. We also have a whatsapp group for continuing conversations, seeking support and sharing resource between sessions.
