In celebration of National Nature Reserves Week 2025, Natural England (Wyre Forest NNR Team) will be joined by local moth and butterfly specialists from the West Midlands Butterfly Conservation team.
During the session we will open the moth traps, see what's inside and record the findings. After that, we'll take a walk along the old railway line to look for butterflies and day-flying moths; especially the Wyre Forest specialities - the Pearl-bordered fritillary and the small Pearl-bordered fritillary.
*All are welcome and the cost is free; booking is essential. Please note due to the limited numbers we have set a limit of two tickets per booking.
