Hosted by the Beverly Rotary Club, this community paddleboard cleanup invites you to help care for our coastline while enjoying a beautiful afternoon on the water at Obear Park. We’ll be cleaning up along the Danvers River, and paddleboards will be provided by the Coast to Coast Paddle.
No sign-up needed, just show up anytime between 3:00 and 7:00 PM. High tide is at 3:15, so paddling conditions should be ideal.
Go at your own speed. If you’re not comfortable on a paddleboard, you’re welcome to walk the coastline and clean up from shore. Bags and gloves will be provided for all.
We’re also excited to welcome Change is Simple, who will be bringing their Mobile Learning Lab to teach about ocean erosion, environmental issues, and how small actions can protect our planet.
This is a free, family-friendly event. Come out, learn something new, have some fun, and help us make a difference right here in Beverly!
