Welcome To Trudging Buddies!

We are a community of sober adventurers and allies committed to fitness, fellowship and service.

Over the next 12 months, we're rolling out a year-round calendar of social, athletic, service, and recovery-based events open to everyone!

Things like a Spartan Race, group triathlon training, a 3-day cycling / camping adventure, weekly 12-step meetings and lots of social events like the upcoming Sober Splash on August 10th!
