Celestial Full Moon Eclipse Sound Healing Journey

This journey is intentionally structured to support that process gently through breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing.

Shehera and Taylor will lead participants through a grounding breathwork sequence and meditation to settle the body and focus the mind, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey using crystal alchemy singing bowls and harmonic instruments.
