Join us for a special Celestial Solar Eclipse Sound Healing Journey to reset, recalibrate and welcome in the second eclipse of the season with breath and sound healing at the beautiful Babage studios.
This special Sunday evening journey takes place under the influence of a Full Moon Eclipse portal, a time in astrology associated with deep release, recalibration, and closure.
Eclipses amplify the effects of a Full Moon. They accelerate emotional processing, bring subconscious material to the surface, and invite the nervous system to release what it has been holding. This journey is intentionally structured to support that process gently through breathwork and an immersive sound healing experience.
We will lead you through a grounding breathwork sequence and meditation to settle the body and focus the mind, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey using crystal alchemy singing bowls and harmonic instruments. The experience supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and integration, helping participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered.
This offering is especially supportive for those feeling energetically full, emotionally taxed, or in need of a meaningful reset and completion before the week ahead. A wonderful way to reset for Monday.
