Qigong for beginners

Qigong (pronounced Chi..gong) is an ancient Eastern practice.Qi meaning Lifeforce/breath/energy. Gong meaning work/skill to direct that energy.

Qigong allows us to connect our minds with greater connection between our conscious and unconscious minds, and connection to our body for greater balance and harmony with our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Breathing, flowing movements and mental focus for health and vitality.
