BENZIE LAUGHTER CLUB

This free public Laughter Yoga club is open to everyone! Join Jill, a certified Laughter Yoga facilitator from Peaceful Vibrations, as she leads breathing and laughter exercises to promote increased well-being.
Laughter Yoga was invented in India in 1995 and has swept the globe as a fun aerobic exercise that everyone can do, regardless of age or level of physical fitness. Come as you are, no special clothing or equipment is needed.
Laughter, whether real or “fake”, releases, your body’s feel- good hormones, and endorphins and promotes deep breathing, providing a natural energized state .

This club will meet every week, on Monday evenings at 7 PM alternating between the Mills community House in Benzonia (above the library), and the Beulah Village Park .
