Level 1 Yoga: MONDAYS (Online&In-Person)

Both beginners and experienced yogis will appreciate the Back-To-Basics approach of this weekly practice.
Each monthly theme explores foundational yoga poses, sequences, and warm-ups - with an emphasis on healthy mechanics, easeful flow, conditioning, and strengthening.

REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE ZOOM LINK
* Go to SimonSaysYoga.com and select AT-HOME for online class or IN-STUDIO for in-person class
* You may register for either option until 7:25pm [Eastern/U.S.]
* If attending IN-STUDIO, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
* If practicing AT-HOME, your Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of class.
