As your daughter prepares to leave for college, make sure she’s ready for more than just academics.

Our College Bound Women’s Self-Defense Workshop is a powerful, hands-on training session designed to equip young women with the skills, mindset, and awareness to protect themselves in the real world. Whether she's walking to class, attending social events, or traveling alone, this workshop will give her tools she can use immediately—no prior experience needed.

What your daughter will learn:

• How to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations
• Effective defenses against grabs, pins, and hair pulls
• How to use her voice, body language, and strikes to stop an attack
• What to do if she’s followed or cornered
• Practical strategies to stay calm, think clearly, and respond under pressure

Led by experienced Krav Maga instructors in a supportive, age-appropriate environment, this workshop helps college-bound women feel more confident, capable, and prepared to handle themselves on their own.

Open to young women entering college this year (typically ages 17–22).Spaces are limited to ensure personal attention and safety. Pre-registration is required.
