Group Guided Reiki & Meditation

This will be a guided group meditation infused with reiki and other energy work guiding us to clear stress and anything making us feel energetically heavy. Inducing relaxation, stress reduction, and the release of trapped emotions potentially aiding the healing process by encouraging a return to a state of balance and well being

Hello Nutrition is hosting this Guided meditation and Reiki on Thursday May 22nd from 630pm to 830pm.
It may not last the full 2 hrs depending on the number of people who attend.

Space is limited to 15 people and cost is $20 each so please RSVP to Songbird Energy Works/Sabrina either through fb messenger or (405)-651-8103.

For your comfort you may want to bring a yoga mat, water, small cushion/pillow, and blanket as we set on the floor. There will be some chairs available for those with difficulties getting on/off the floor. You'll want to wear comfy clothes you can move and relax in. I do not have extra mats/comfort supplies
