Bellydance Fitness

Join us at The Black Barn in Bethany for a fabulous cardio workout for Bellydance Beginners. Cost is $10. A super fun class for ladies who are 18 to 80. Tone up with a hip-shaking workout complete with shimmy belts.
Instructor Eileen Hetherington will teach you the beginner Belly Dance movements like the hip circle, snake arms, figure eight, and shimmy. Dance awesome routines while getting a cardio workout. Wear comfortable shoes, no bare feet or sandals. Yoga pants or leggings and a snug fitting top are recommended.
No prior dance experience needed.
