Join Trisha Kaufman for a fun and progressive two-hour workshop designed to safely build the strength, stability, and confidence needed for arm balances. Together, we’ll explore bakasana (crow), parsva bakasana (side crow), and twisted scissors, breaking them down step-by-step so you feel supported and ready to take flight.
This workshop is open to students at levels 2–3 (some yoga experience is recommended). Please note: this class would not recommended for those with wrist injuries.
*Price: $40 - early birds will save $5 when registered by 9/27.

About our instructor:
Trisha spent 25 years as a high-impact athlete and personal trainer before a life-changing accident reshaped her relationship with movement and her body. In her search for sustainable strength and healing, she discovered Forrest Yoga—a practice that spoke to both her athleticism and her need for deeper connection.
Over time, she expanded her training with Vinyasa and Hatha certifications, allowing her to reach a wider community of students. Today, she teaches a unique blend of these styles, weaving together what she loves most from each. Her classes are accessible to all levels and rooted in intelligent sequencing, with a strong emphasis on pranayama, core stability, and flowing toward an apex pose in the spirit of Forrest Yoga.
