Reset, a Yin yoga & Sound Healing experience

Join us for a soothing practice to calm and
reset your nervous system. Session will include cooling, healing yin poses, softly held to release & soothe while surrounded by healing sound vibrations. Gentle somatic movement will also be experienced throughout the session, adding another layer of release & calm.
