Starting at the Cycle Shack on Manse Road
Join our ride leaders for scenic rides, showcasing our beautiful coastline and countryside. Perfect for all fitness levels! Great for gaining confidence on a bike.
You must be comfortable cycling up to 12 miles - this is an easy pace, but we will be on roads with other traffic, so you must feel in control of your bike.
Please remember to:
-Wear suitable clothing - comfortable, breathable and layers!
-Wear suitable shoes - No open toed shoes or flip flops - trainers are best.
-Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any neccisary forms and get a bike/ equiptment if borrowing some.
-Bring a snack and a drink in a bag you can cycle with.
e-Bikes can only be used by 14 years and older.
14-18 yr olds welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
