Tracey loves to follow her wild heart and has three decades of experience facilitating dance, somatic movement, voice work, Reiki 1&2 1-2-1s, fully qualified Reiki master /group shares, and gong bathing within the community, performance, and education regionally and nationally. She creates safe spaces for people of all ages and abilities to unite and share dance, music, art, and sound healing.
Group Reiki Healing provides a listening touch. Many have felt like they are being held in a gentle healing energy, stagnant energy clearing away, and/or moving into a deep visual journey, seeing the light and experiencing subtle sensations in their body.
During the first hour, Tracey will begin with a meditation, and then each person will receive a mini Reiki energy healing treatment followed by a Gong Bath.
During a Reiki Treatment
Reiki (霊気, /ˈreɪki/) is a Japanese form of energy healing, a subset of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing, in which a "universal Ki energy" is transferred through the practitioner's palms to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Tracey completed her Reiki Training levels 1 &2 in 1995 and has been delivering Reiki since then.
During a Gong Bath
You will be invited to lay in a beautiful, safe, warm, cosy space. You may rest in stillness, stretch or move while experiencing cascading sound layers filtered through from the highest source. Ripples of Sound induce a meditative state. Gongs and other instruments provide the opportunity for you to just be, to enter a blissful place for relaxation; every journey is different; you may explore;
Sensory experiences range from slight tingles to large, engulfing energy waves moving through your body. A thoughtful or visual experience where you can encounter mental clarity and see profoundly insightful imagery.
