Tooth Art Contest: HALLOWEEN👻
ART CONTEST W/ $200 CASH PRIZE! Dust off your art supplies and show off your creative skills in our Halloween Tooth Art Contest! Tooth designs should reflect what you love about Halloween and showcase your best Halloween artwork for a chance to win. All Halloween characters, places, and themes are welcome, be creative!
FINE PRINT: Anyone can enter; you do not need to be a patient. All ages 4+ welcome, one entry per person.
PICK UP a tooth from our reception desk during office hours between Monday, September 29 and Thursday, October 2. Decorate your tooth with any medium you like (marker, crayons, pencils, paint, skies the limit!), showcasing your best Halloween art.
DROP OFF your completed tooth off by 6:00 pm on Thursday October 16 with your name on the back.
THREE WINNERS will be announced on Monday, October 20. Winners will receive a $200 cash prize! Selected teeth will be displayed in our office. Good luck, and we look forward to your entry!!
