📩 Vendors will receive their assigned setup location and time by September 8, 2025. Please note: setup locations may be adjusted if needed by event staff.
⚡Important Vendor Info:
✔ Vendors are responsible for their own setup (tables & chairs not provided).
✔ No inappropriate, offensive, or illegal items permitted (as determined by staff or by law).
✔ Vendors must unload, then move to designated parking. **No parking at setup spaces or metered spaces.**
✔ Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and unsold merchandise at the end of the event.
✔ No refunds. In case of cancellation, registrations will roll over to the next Big Flea.
