Moonlit Illumination: Paddle & Floating Soundbath

Join us for an evening of peace and resonance as we honor the full moon’s energy over the water. August is a time of abundance and reflection — a season to gather the fruits of our inner and outer labor and reconnect with purpose.

We’ll begin with a mindful paddle as the sun sets. Kami will guide gentle movements, paired with intentional breath to prepare your body for deep relaxation, followed by a floating soundbath led by Jen, our sound healer. As you recline on your board and float under the nearly full moon, let soothing vibrations from the gong, crystal bowls, handpan, ocean drum, and chimes wash over you — supporting clarity, calm, and renewal. Sound travels beautifully over water, and on a moonlit night, its effects are amplified. Expect to leave feeling rested, balanced, and deeply connected.
