Lion's Mane Unlocked Workshop for Fungi Feastival

Excited to be offering our "Lion's Mane Unlocked" course as part of the Fungi Feastival this year! If you're fascinated by this fluffy-looking fungi, our workshop dedicated to all things Lion's Mane is for you.

We'll cover all the quirks of the Hericium family - which includes Lion's Mane - and share our tips on how best to grow and cook with them and why it could be good for your health. You'll even get to sample a Lion's Mane steak!

This in-person workshop is taught by industry experts with many years of growing experience - you'll leave feeling confident and equipped with the best advice on how to successfully grow mushrooms at home.

This in-person workshop will be held at Wandella Hall (Bega Valley) - 1002 Wandella Rd, Wandella NSW
