We are almost to my favorite event of the year! With great honor each year I pinch myself for this blessing for the opportunity to collaborate with one of my favorite and an incredibly talented violinist, Elena Urioste Poster.
You know the peaceful moment when you close your eyes to become completely immersed in the music your listening to?
Well then, if you appreciate world class music come and enjoy one of the many events hosted in Berlin for the annual
Chamber Music by the Sea festival with a dear friend, curator and world renowned violinist Elena Bianca Urioste Poster.
Together, she and I will be offering our annual meditation segment for the festival on Monday August 11 at 7pm.
A Sound Immersion is a laying down meditation experience where both Elena and I will fill the space with beautiful music to let you soak deeply in the healing vibrations of ancient instruments to rest and reset.
Music has a profound affect on us as it moves through us and can even bring us to an immense experience of peace and overwhelming gratitude.
