I had known of Gary's Freedo work for a few years by others, but it wasn't fully explained to me. But that is because Freedo works on many levels, the emotional, the physical, the mental and the spiritual. Freedo to me since attending two retreats now, allows yourself to interpret your own inner difficulties into a more realistic approach, shedding light on the shadows within us. The use of the Freedo cards is amazing, with each card has different images and colours on the card for each participant to read. I was shocked that the same card came up a month later and I saw it in a different way. These cards are powerful and beautiful. And the process allows you to reach your true potential and purpose. The retreats that Gary leads are not just about readings with the cards, but also group work with energy and physical exercises. For example, the death fall, was quite a powerful technique where a person falls back and the whole group was there to catch them. When this happened to me I was fully aware of the people in my past who had let me down, and I could feel this sadness, distrust surfacing, and it wasn't coming from the group. I turned around to see a beautiful group of supportive individuals. I didn't realise how much pain and healing I needed to do until I allowed myself to fall into the supportive arms of the group and Gary behind me. The process was very rebirthing for me. I seem to be in the right place at the right time with these Freedo exercises. I look forward to more magical journeys with the group and learning more about Freedo. Thank you Gary and Freedo.

Attended my second satsang discourse Freedo retreat with Baba Gary Jii this month. Last one Glastonbury and this epic one, on their boat! It's so lovely to hang out with like minded people and go though the Freedo processes of self awareness and empowerment. Quality all round and lifelong friends made.
