Take some time out for yourself-relax, enjoy some peace and let go of worries from the day.
Experience mental clarity, physical rejuvenation by learning techniques to help keep you calm and in control when challenges arise in life.
This group meditation session is seated on chairs. Dress comfortably, we will do a short set of gentle stretching exercises (no mats required) to help prepare the body for relaxation.
