🌿I'm very excited to announce my next herbal workshop!
🌿Designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of wild medicinal plants and empower you to become your own healer.
🌿This day workshop will run from 10am-3pm and is an introduction to herbal teas, tinctures and tonics.
🌿The day will include:
We start the day with a quick introduction before going for a forage over the farm looking at leaves and flowers along with their medicinal benefits to us.
Once returned to the studio we will discuss how to dry, prepare and process medicinal herbs. Using fresh and dried herbs we will taste tea's that are Uplifting, Relaxing, and some to help with Allergies and Anxiety.
You are then given the opportunity to blend and label your own tea's to take home.
In the afternoon we delve into Herbal Tinctures and Tonics using alcohol, fresh and dried herbs, which we will label and bottle to also take home with us.
I am sure this is going to be a very popular workshop, hopefully a first of many. Please book to secure your place as soon as possible.
