So many BIPOC folks today are the first out queer or trans people in their families and if not are likely breaking previously held expectations around gender, relationship patterns, and community building ~ all of which is critical to our health, wellness, and even survival at this challenging time in America and on our planet.
The Witch and Healer Collective believes that this groundbreaking, lineage-shifting work is being guided by our ancestors (bio and chosen including queer ancestors). The work we are doing together helps us to better understand our connection patterns, heal childhood wounds, and build stronger intentional and romantic relationships in the community beyond nuclear monogamy.
In these workshops, we help people to connect their intuitive decisions to ancestral patterns and connect energetically to the wisdom in their lineage. We begin in the present, explore the past, and then create new possibilities for our individual and collective futures.
What Are Your Roots?: Lineage Repair Work for QTPOC
Many of us as queer and trans people are trusting our intuitions, rather than societal and familial expectations, to tell us who we are and how we can best show up in connections and community. While this is freeing, expansive work, it also can cause friction points as we address and break through family and lineage patterns. At the same time, focusing on lineage repair work not only allows us to address connection pain points in the present but to send healing back for generations. This eight-week in-person offering is an opportunity to delve deeper into your ancestral healing work.
Dates: Each class is on Mondays from 5:00-6:30
