Teachings of the Medicine Wheel

The Medicine Wheel is an ancient tool used by Indigenous cultures around the world. It is a metaphor for life, and working with it can give you invaluable grounded insight. Join East Frisian Jewish-Sumerian medicine woman Valerie Ringland, PhD for a workshop where you will learn what a Medicine Wheel is and how it may be used, and begin divining one authentic to you.

All people are spiritually (not necessarily politically) Indigenous to the Earth. Many cultures use a medicine wheel as a framework to make sense of the world and our place in it.

There will be two sessions on Saturday 6th September.

Valerie is running the workshop on a donation basis, so feel free to come along.

The workshop will be at the Nan Tien Wellbeing Markets on the day. The markets start a 9am and finish at 2pm.

Valerie's book 'Healing Through Indigenous Wisdome' will be on sale and Valerie would love to sign your copy.

As always there is Taichi at 9:45am followed by meditation at 10:30.

Rain or shine the workshop, taichi and meditiation will be on!

And of course enjoy the market stalls, the art gallery, cafes and the temple grounds.
