People's Park Garden Gatherings

Every Thursday evening, neighbors gather at People’s Park to garden, share food, play music, and build community. Come as you are; no experience needed. Tools and guidance provided.

Thursdays at People’s Park: collective gardening, potluck snacks, and music that keeps the park alive. Bring water, a cup or bowl, and any seeds or cuttings to share; we’ll have extra tools on site.

📍 Corner of Dwight Way & Bowditch St — near the shipping containers/blockade.
🚗 Public parking on both sides of Dwight Way or on Hillegass Ave (1-minute walk).
🌿 Ground is level near the Bowditch/Dwight corner.

Note: UC private security occasionally monitors or photographs the area. Disruptions are rare but possible — please look out for one another and stay grounded.
