Motordude Zydeco returns once again to Ashkenaz!


Hailing from Oakland, CA, MotorDude Zydeco plays the music of Southern Louisiana Zydeco with soul, grit, and in-your-face funk. For over 15 years, founding members Billy Wilson (accordion/vocals), Lloyd Meadows (RubBoard/Vocals) Dennis Calloway (Bass)Willy Jordan (Drums/Vocals), and Ian Lamson (Guitar), have been entertaining the Bay Area Zydeco scene.


Named after a racehorse owned by Zydeco legend Bozoo Chavis, MotorDude brings the real deal to the Ashkenaz dance floor!

Ashkenaz is all ages, all the time. Kids and minors are always welcome. Those 12 or under are admitted FREE (unless otherwise noted).
