Dr. Daniel E. Martin will explore the science behind compassion and guide participants in sustaining emotional resilience, managing systemic pressures, and nurturing human-centered practices amidst uncertainty and change. We will delve into compassionate leadership and its significant impact on psychological and physical health, as well as employee engagement and retention.

Dr. Martin is an Associate Professor of Management at California State University, East Bay, and the Director of Compassion Education at the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) at Stanford University. With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, he brings a wealth of knowledge on compassion and its effects on workplace dynamics.
