The day after Christmas, the world seems to be a little softer, a little quieter. Maybe bits of wrapping paper are still lingering on the floor, gifts opened, surprises revealed, and underneath it all, there’s me, still unfolding. What’s the present inside of me waiting to be opened?

🌊 Boundless Waves is a collective offering by five 5Rhythms@ certified teachers in Berkeley, CA. We have a rainbow of experiences, depth, and mastery im guiding the exploration of this dynamic movement meditation practice. Each teacher brings their unique style and wisdom to the dance floor, shared by their passion and trust in the transformative power of 5Rhythms.
