Free Beginners Parkour Class

Learn the fundamentals of parkour from experienced, friendly parkour coaches!

The beginners' class held on the second Saturday of each month at 12 pm and is geared towards first timers. The class lasts 1.5 hours, and focuses on controlled progression. You will learn building blocks of parkour like jumping, landing, and vaulting over obstacles.

All fitness levels are welcome. No previous parkour experience is expected.

Participants under 18 must have parental permission.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, a good pair of athletic shoes, and we highly recommend bringing water.
