Professor Lisa Pieraccini will lead us through the Etruscan ar#facts at the Heart Museum and at the Doe Library, explaining the main features of the Etruscans, the indigenous people living in central Italy in the first millennium BCE. Etruscan played a significant role in the Mediterranean where they le) their cultural, poli1cal and ar(s(c footprint defining ancient Italy and Rome in the early years.
