As the season grows full and life asks more of us, it becomes essential to return to balance. Boundaries are not walls but pathways to deeper presence, connection, and peace. In this sound bath, we invite you to soften into the practice of honoring your needs while opening to what truly nourishes you.

Through guided hypnotherapy and immersive sound, we’ll create a sanctuary where you can reset your nervous system, strengthen your sense of self, and explore how boundaries create more space for love, clarity, and authentic connection. Together we’ll practice releasing tension and calling in a grounded, heart-centered way of being.

The Event Will Include:

• A grounding visualization to clarify your intentions and cultivate inner balance.
• Guided inner exploration to help you connect with your boundaries and strengthen emotional resilience.
• An immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and intentional soundscapes to support deep rest, renewal, and connection to your intuition.

This is an invitation to feel rooted, supported, and in harmony with yourself. Whether this is your first sound bath or a familiar practice, this event offers a sacred pause to recalibrate and attune to your own rhythm.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. For added comfort, feel free to bring a pillow, eye mask, or anything else to help you fully relax. Journals and pens are welcome for writing reflections.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session.
• Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the event.
